Simon Howitt

Senior Partner — Business Value Acceleration

Simon brings more than 40 years of commercial, leadership and advisory experience to Acuity’s Corporate Finance team, including more than two decades advising business owners directly. He leads Acuity’s Business Value Acceleration work, helping founders reduce owner dependence and build a more resilient, transferable business well before a sale.

Jonathan Skinner

Managing Partner

Jonathan brings more than 15 years of transaction experience across M&A, private equity and tax advisory, joining Acuity from EY in 2013. He provides senior transaction strategy, judgement and negotiation for founders at every stage, and leads Acuity’s cross-disciplinary advisory teams across Corporate Finance, Tax Advisory and Finance Function.

Daniel Corless, CFA

Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

Dan is a CFA charterholder and the day-to-day execution lead on Acuity’s Corporate Finance engagements across M&A, capital raising and valuation. He manages financial modelling and deal preparation, working closely with founders and their advisers from first assessment through to completion, keeping the process moving without unnecessary delay.
